1. Introduction to Imunify360


Imunify360 is a comprehensive security suite that enhances server protection. It includes features from KernelCare and ImunifyAV+. WHM allows you to purchase an Imunify360 license directly from the Security Advisor interface.


Notes:


  • Hosting providers can disable Imunify360 alerts in Manage2.
  • If your server already has ImunifyAV+ or KernelCare, Imunify360 will replace them automatically.

3. Purchase an Imunify360 License from WHM


Step 1: Log in to WHM


Log in as the root user or a reseller with root-level privileges.


Step 2: Open Security Advisor


Navigate to:


WHM » Home » Security Center » Security Advisor


Step 3: Start the Purchase


Find the alert labeled Use Imunify360 for complete protection and click Get Imunify360. This opens the cPanel Store.


Important:


If the alert does not appear, one of the following may apply:


  • Your server does not support Imunify360.
  • Your hosting provider disabled purchases.
  • Your server cannot connect to the cPanel Store.
  • You are using a trial account.
  • You are not logged in as root or a reseller with root privileges.

Step 4: Log in to the cPanel Store


If already logged in, verify your username and server name, then click Allow Access.


Step 5: Complete the Purchase


The system automatically selects the correct license type and IP address. Review your order, accept the agreements, enter payment details, and click Pay Now.


After Purchase:


  • A confirmation message appears.
  • You receive an invoice via email.
  • If issues occur, an error message will appear.

4. Installation


Your server automatically downloads and installs Imunify360. To verify installation, return to:


WHM » Home » Security Center » Security Advisor


The Imunify360 notice will confirm successful installation.


5. Purchase Through Manage2


Important:


Only cPanel Partners can purchase Imunify360 licenses through Manage2.


Step 1: Log in and Activate the Package


If this is your first login, you may need to accept the Partner Product Terms of Use.


  • Go to Dashboard » Licenses » Imunify360 Activation.
  • Enter your name and click I Agree.

Step 2: Add the License


  • Navigate to Dashboard » Licenses » Add License.
  • Enter the server IP, Group, and Package.
  • Click Add License.

6. Purchase from the cPanel Store


Step 1: Log in

Step 2: Add Imunify360 to Cart


  • Click Add Imunify360.
  • Enter your server’s IP address.
  • Click Continue.

Step 3: Complete the Purchase


Important: Monthly licenses require a stored primary credit card.


  • Accept the EULA.
  • Select a payment method: stored card, new card, or PayPal.
  • Click Complete Order.

7. Install Imunify360


Follow Imunify’s installation documentation. After installation, verify success in:

8. Uninstall Imunify360


To uninstall, refer to Imunify’s uninstall documentation.


9. Configure Imunify360


Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the interface to configure settings.


  • Enable file trimming: select Trim file instead of remove.
  • Disable trimming: deselect the checkbox.
  • Set file retention days in Keep original files for.
